Database Access Problems: SSL/Secure Connection Error

Troubleshooting problems with accessing databases while off-campus.


If while trying to access library databases from off-campus, you get a message that says something like "SSL connection error" or "secure connection failed", and the URL in the address bar in your browser starts with "": follow these instructions.
